Rather than training with a supposed personal trainer with a mail-order certification, train with an educated expert who has proven himself for more than 15 years.

Achieving Physiques Owner Joe DeAscanis has a bachelor of science degree in Dietetics with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware. Joe, a lifelong Delaware resident, is a graduate of Salesianum School, where he was a four-year letterman in wrestling and football. What's more, Joe has been a top-level bodybuilder since 1994.

Educated, Professional Trainers

Nicole DeAscanis

Complementing the expert staff at Achieving Physiques, Nicole DeAscanis has had a passion for exercise and fitness since childhood. Through playing sports, specifically competitive cheerleading, Nicole learned the importance of hard work and dedication.

 

Nicole earned a bachelor of science degree in Health Behavior Science from the University of Delaware with a minor in Strength & Conditioning. She is also a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.

 

A true leader and motivator, her personal training motto is:

 

"Nobody can want it for you. You have to want it for yourself."

Donna Hall

Donna has been an educator and participant in the fitness lifestyle for more than 20 years. An avid runner, Donna became interested in women's weight training and body sculpting in the early 1990s. In 1995, Donna competed in her first natural bodybuilding competition winning a "Best Poser" award. She continued to win and place in many tri-state area shows during a five-year span.

 

Donna became certified in personal training and sports nutrition in 1996 with the International Professional Fitness Association. A member of Idea Fitness, she has attended many fitness conferences and workshops across the United States.

 

Donna implements a blend of functional weight training and cardio conditioning in her workouts and incorporates special nutrition guidance.
